Jahongir Burhonov

Jahongir Burhonov is the Commercial Director of RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), where he leads the organisation’s global commercial strategy and business development. He is currently driving RAK ICC’s strategic repositioning as a private wealth centre, spanning product development, brand and go-to-market strategy, and channel growth across a global network of registered agents, corporate service providers, and professional advisors.

He specialises in international market expansion, strategic partnerships, and building high-value relationships across the private wealth and corporate services sectors. With extensive cross-border experience, he has driven growth through rigorous commercial strategy, data-led decision-making, and product innovation, most recently in succession and legacy structuring solutions.

Sandeep Kotriwal is the Director of Finance at RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC). A CPA, Chartered Accountant, and Company Secretary, he has over 16 years of international experience in financial leadership, corporate governance, strategic planning, and business transformation across the UAE, Oman, and India. He is responsible for leading RAK ICC’s finance function and partnering with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth, financial excellence, and organizational performance.
