Ras Al Khaimah, 5 April 2019: Ras Al Khaimah International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC) was the Platinum sponsor at the STEP Mauritius Conference 2019, an event dedicated to highlighting the trends in the global trust and estate planning landscape, in an aim to promote the United Arab Emirates (UAE) as an ideal jurisdiction for investments. The conference was held last 4–5 April 2019 at Hilton Mauritius Resort & Spa.
Led by CEO Dr Sameer Al Ansari, RAK ICC has met with several corporate service providers, law firms, asset managers and wealth planners during the event. The team presented the wide-ranging benefits offered by RAK ICC to international businesses.

Ras Al Khaimah, 9 August 2018: RAK International Corporate Centre (RAK ICC), a world-class corporate registry in Ras Al Khaimah, has recently visited the Republic of Mauritius to introduce the growth opportunities that it offers to international business companies.
Led by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Chairman of RAK ICC, along with RAK ICC CEO Dr Sameer Al Ansari, the delegation met with high-level government officials, senior executives of banking institutions, as well as corporate service providers in Mauritius.

A delegation from RAK International Corporate Centre (“RAKICC”), traveled to Mauritius in its latest effort to engage with international businesses seeking to learn more about commercial opportunities in the UAE. The delegation was led by CEO Joe Moynihan who served as keynote speaker to discuss the evolving environment of international business and financial centres for Africa, as well as the benefits of incorporating in the UAE, specifically Ras Al Khaimah.

A delegation from RAK International Corporate Centre (“RAKICC”), a premium corporate registry for International Business Companies (“IBC”), travelled to Cyprus last week. Led by RAKICC CEO, Joe Moynihan, the delegation held meetings with potential partners and industry advisors to discuss the benefits of international businesses incorporating in RAKICC. While in Cyprus, Joe Moynihan also spoke at the InvestPro Cyprus conference in Limassol on 21 June 2017.

The RAK International Corporate Centre (RAKICC) was recently unveiled by the Government of Ras Al Khaimah as a result of the merger of RAK International Companies and RAK Offshore. It will act as a premium Corporate Registry in the Emirate for International Business Company (IBC) incorporations, with His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saqr Al Qasimi appointed as Chairman and Joe Moynihan appointed as the CEO.

كشفت حكومة رأس الخيمة مؤخراً النقاب عن مركز رأس الخيمة للشركات الدولية كسلطة قانونية لتسجيل وتأسيس الشركات الدولية، وذلك في أعقاب اندماج مؤسسة رأس الخيمة للشركات الدولية مع شركة رأس الخيمة أوفشور. وتم تعيين سمو الشيخ أحمد بن صقر القاسمي رئيساً لمجلس الإدارة وجو موينيهان رئيسا تنفيذياً. ويضم مجلس الإدارة أفضل الكفاءات والخبرات لتعزيز مكانة رأس الخيمة كوجهة استثمارية عالمية رائدة.
